Great to get you back on track and to stay motivated! The first consultation is free. Here we have a chat about your health, your level of fitness, your goals and your measurements will be taken. After this we start on our journey together with 10 planned Gym workout sessions, adapted to your needs and goals. This will give you, depending on your availability, between 4-6 weeks guided workout. If you wish, we plan not only your workout but also help you on the nutrition side. And of course, adapted to your dietary needs and preferences. The training sessions are designed to give you a warm up, main work out routine, cool down and stretches. Every exercise will be explained and demonstrated to you to ensure a healthy workout. As every person is different and has different needs, each Programm is designed especially for each individual.
