Our trainers are totally cool and have a lot of experience with seniors. With a lot of heart and know-how, they are at your side and get you going with modern methods and aids. Cancellation Policy

Im Falle einer Stornierung eines vereinbarten Termins für unsere Dienstleistung, bitten wir um eine frühzeitige Benachrichtigung per Telefon oder E-Mail. Bei Stornierung bis 24 Stunden vor dem vereinbarten Termin fallen keine Kosten an, und wir werden gerne einen neuen Termin für Sie vereinbaren. Stornierungen, die weniger als 24 Stunden vor dem vereinbarten Termin erfolgen, werden mit einer Stornierungsgebühr in Höhe von 5€. Wir hoffen auf Ihr Verständnis, dass wir die Stornierungsgebühr erheben müssen, um die Planung und Vorbereitung unserer Dienstleistung aufrechtzuerhalten. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir im Falle einer Nichterscheinen zum vereinbarten Termin ebenfalls die volle Gebühr für die reservierte Dienstleistung in Rechnung stellen müssen.
